Due to the nature of digital content (eBooks, online courses, downloadable resources), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products
If you received a damaged or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the damage or issue.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
